Why are some designs available for one sorority but not another?

Every design with each sorority version is submitted for approval to the sorority's national headquarter's. Each sorority has a different list of rules that they require designs to abide by. If a design is approved by most of our licensed sororities, we will still sell it, but only for the approved sororities.

How often do you restock your sizes?

Sizes are restocked weekly, sometimes twice a week.

When will you be adding more ambassadors?

We have decided to leave the ambassador application open online so that you can apply at anytime! You can find the application under Quick Links at the bottom of our homepage. If you have been selected to become an ambassador, you will receive an email from us to the email you put in your application!

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

If you would like to make a change to an order you have already placed, please email immediately! We start working on your order as soon as you place them so if you need to make a change, we require you email us with 2 hours of making your purchase.

Being that all of our products are made to order, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

When will I receive my item?

Our processing time is 7-10 business days. Shipping time is additional. If you need your order rushed, please add the $5 rush fee to your cart for each item you need rushed.

How long does shipping usually take?

If your order is being mailed with a US-First Class label, it should arrive in 3-5 business days. If your order is being mailed with a Priority Mail label, it should arrive in 1-3 business days.
